🔸 After payment confirmation, we will arrange the goods and follow up to confirm the stock status

🔸 Customers will be notified to pay a 50% balance once the order is confirmed and the goods are prepared

🔸 After the goods arrive, customers will be notified to schedule a pickup time and location.

🔸 Please ensure you pay attention to the pickup arrangements. Please contact us to coordinate if a special pickup time is required.

🔹 At checkout, please select "Shipping: Calgary (YYC) Group Buy Delivery" and enter your Calgary address

🔹 Click "Continue to Shipping" → "Continue to Payment" → "Complete Order."

🔹 Partake Mall team will contact customers via DM to provide the shipping cost

🔹 Once all orders are collected, we will notify customers if the group buy has been successfully formed

🔹 If the group is not successfully formed, the order will be automatically postponed for one week for another attempt

🔹 Customers must pay a 50% deposit to confirm their order after confirmation
