🐚American scallops are processed using "Individual Quick Freezing" (IQF), separating each piece for even freezing. Scallops have a rich, layered flavor and a sweet taste, making them suitable for both Western and Chinese cuisine.
Caught in pristine waters off the USA, these freshly flash-frozen scallops (20-30g) are thawed naturally (within 1 hour), then pan-fried in butter over low heat for 2 minutes, flipping for 1 minute. Season with salt and black pepper. The result is incredibly tender, sweet, and highly nutritious.
