🌊Scallops grow in the waters off Hokkaido and are flash-frozen immediately after being caught to preserve freshness. Each scallop cell remains virtually intact, naturally grown without any additives, preservatives, or bleaching agents. The scallop sashimi is a natural milky white, with each piece being large, plump, and tender, boasting a rich, savory flavor.
