🦞Making lobster soup normally takes too much time, but this ready-made lobster soup packet requires only a little effort to make your lobster soup smoother and more flavorful.

🦞Add a baked egg tart crust on top, and it instantly becomes a Michelin-level lobster bisque with a puff pastry crust.

1️⃣ First, cut the lobster or shrimp meat (tiger prawns picked up next week are top-notch!) into pieces and set aside for even more deliciousness.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, and shallot pieces, and sauté over medium heat until the onion softens. Then add carrots and celery pieces, and stir-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Add the lobster soup packet and cook for 5 minutes until fragrant.
