1️⃣ Medium-low heat (key❗️), pour oil into the pan (cover the entire bottom of the pan), heat it, then put the pot stickers in order (no need to thaw), leaving a little space in the middle, because the pot stickers will swell up during the frying process

2️⃣ When the bottom of the pot stickers is fried until golden brown (key❗️), add water to the pot until it reaches one-third of the pot stickers (key❗️), cover the pot (key❗️), and fry until the water is almost used up and the pot sticker skin becomes transparent

3️⃣Open the lid and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and turn off the heat.

💡Don’t use too little oil at the beginning. When the water vapor is finally dried, there should be a thin layer of oil on the bottom of the pan. Fry the pot stickers until golden and crispy.
