🦐Sun-dried tiger prawns, the aroma of prawns is irresistible upon opening the package, fresh and sweet!🦐Occasionally there's prawn roe, and you can taste that it's completely salt-free and MSG-free. The fresh flavor lingers in your mouth after eating, with a very long aftertaste.🦐The prawns are on the smaller side, about 10cm long before peeling and drying. 🐯Stir-fried tiger prawns with shredded radish
Materials:
Dried tiger prawns, one white radish, shallots, minced ginger, minced garlic, prawn paste, sugar, chicken powder.
Add a small amount of water (add some chili if you like it spicy).
practice:
1. First, dilute the shrimp paste and sugar with a small amount of water and set aside.
2. Peel and shred the radish.
3. Heat a wok and sauté shallots, minced ginger, and minced garlic until fragrant. Add dried tiger prawns and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add shredded radish and stir-fry until the radish releases its juices and softens.
4. Finally, add the diluted shrimp paste, stir-fry briefly, cover and simmer for a while.
🐯 Giant tiger prawns and seaweed rice
Materials:
2 cups white rice, 150g shredded kelp, dried tiger prawns, minced ginger, salt, shallot oil, a little white pepper powder, and water.
1. Cut the kelp strips into small pieces. Blanch the dried tiger prawns in boiling water, then remove, rinse, and drain.
2. Wash the white rice and drain. Put it in a rice cooker with water, salt, shallot oil, and top with the kelp strips, dried shrimp, and minced ginger from step 1. Press the cook button and cook until done.
3. Once the mixture from step 2 is cooked, open the rice cooker, sprinkle with white pepper powder, and stir well.
