Materials:
Dried tiger shrimp, one white radish, dried onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, shrimp paste, sugar, chicken powder,

practice:
1. Dilute the shrimp paste and sugar with a small amount of water and set aside.
2. Peel and shred the radish
3. Heat a wok and sauté the shallots, minced ginger and minced garlic until fragrant. Add the dried tiger prawns. When fragrant, add the shredded radish and stir-fry until the water is tender.
4. Finally add the diluted shrimp paste and lightly fry the slices, cover and bake for a while.
🐯Dried tiger prawns and kelp rice
Materials:
2 cups of white rice, 150 grams of shredded kelp, dried tiger prawns, minced ginger, salt, shallot oil, white pepper and a little water
1. Cut the kelp into small pieces, blanch the dried tiger prawns in boiling water, remove, wash and drain and set aside.
2. Wash the white rice and drain the water, put it into an electronic pot, add water, salt, and shallot oil, top it with the kelp shreds, dried shrimps and minced ginger from step 1, press the cooking button and cook until cooked.
3. After Step 2 is cooked, open the electronic pot, sprinkle with white pepper and mix well.
